DISTRACTED
"Agent Scully, are you listening to
me?"
Scully's head snapped round, her cheeks
flaming. Trust Kersh to make
her feel like she was in kindergarten. And it
wasn't even her fault
that she was distracted, but she would get
the blame anyway.
"Sorry, sir. It won't happen
again."
"See that it doesn't."
The reason for her distraction was seated
next to her at the
conference table and right this moment she
wished he was a million
miles away. As Kersh turned back to his
projection screen, Scully
risked a quick glance in Mulder's direction
and glared at him. His
small knowing smile just infuriated her all
the more.
At first she hadn't even realised that
anything was amiss, when she
had felt something tickle her leg, she
thought it was an insect and
lowered her hand under the table to bat it
away. Her hand didn't
encounter an insect, but bare flesh, Mulder's
hand dancing lightly
on her stockinged thigh. She froze, her hand
hovering inches from
his. What the hell did he think he was
playing at?
Sweat broke out and she could feel it
trickling down her back. She
shifted in her seat but that only made
Mulder's hand press even
more firmly against her thigh. He'd
effectively trapped her in the
chair and there wasn't a damn thing she could
do about it because of
Kersh.
Mulder's right hand, the one that wasn't holding
her leg hostage
under the table, was busy scribbling notes on
a pad, as if he was
genuinely interested in what Kersh had to
say, but she knew better.
Mulder was bored and he was easily distracted
when he was bored.
Scully had lost the thread of Kersh's speech
somewhere around the
time she first realised that Mulder's hand
was on her leg, but
she guessed it was more of the usual rant
about their lack of
closure on their investigations, that's all
he seemed to say to
them these days.
Little shivers of pleasure danced up and down
her spine as Mulder
reached the edge of her stocking top and his
hand caressed the
bare skin of her thigh. She gasped out loud
at the sensation,
earning her an angry frown from Kersh and she
coughed to cover up
her discomfort. Damn Mulder for doing this to
her!
Oh no! He couldn't. He wouldn't. He wouldn't
dare! But he did.
The touch was tentative at first, but as soon
as he touched her
through the silk of her underwear, she knew
she was lost. His
fingers found the little bundle of nerves
that gave her so much
pleasure and pressed. Hard. She bit down on
her bottom lip to
stop herself from moaning in pleasure. She
could feel her panties
getting moist from her arousal, and as if
that had been a signal
he'd been waiting for, Mulder slipped two
fingers under the elastic
of her underwear and inside her.
Flesh against flesh, heat against heat as she
felt him explore
every inch of her that the constraints of the
situation would
allow. She so wanted to cry out at the
sensations engulfing her,
but she didn't dare.
She could feel the waves building, her legs
quivering with anticipation
and she gripped the desk with both hands,
wanting so much to touch
Mulder but unable to. She rocked gently on
Mulder's hand, helping
him find the rhythm that she needed as little
pulses of pleasure
shot through her whole body. The pressure of
Mulder's fingers
increased, as though he knew how close she
was. Her orgasm came
upon her suddenly, leaving her breathless and
her legs like rubber.
She shuddered as the aftershocks settled and
let out a barely audible
sigh.
Mulder gently removed his hand, leaving her
feeling strangely bereft.
He glanced at Kersh, to make sure that he
wasn't looking, before
taking his finger in his mouth and sucking
and licking, closing his
eyes as he tasted her. Scully felt the
arousal build once more at the
sight, but she hastily clamped a lid on those
feelings. It was
going nowhere.
"Thank you, agents," said Kersh.
"I must say you've been most
co-operative today. Nothing to add Agent
Mulder?"
"No, sir," replied Mulder.
"Well, good night, then. I'll expect
that report on my desk on
Monday." Kersh got ready to leave.
"Yes, sir," replied Scully and Mulder
together. Scully hoped Mulder
had at least paid attention to whatever it
was they were supposed
to write the report on. She had no idea. As
soon as she tried to
get up, she had to sit down again, feeling
dizzy.
"Mulder!" Scully rounded on him as
soon as Kersh had left.
"What?" he asked innocently and
Scully smiled, a very wicked thought
entering her head. There was a saying she'd
heard once, "Revenge
is a dish best served cold."
"Oh, nothing, Mulder," she smiled
again and was pleased to see
him look very worried. He should be worried.
She wondered how she was going to return the
favour.
